A simple form. They had some of our records ready when we were called in. A friendly team of nurses.
They took their time with my husband who has blood phobia issues. They struggled to get a sample, but that's no reflection on them, he's a difficult sucker to get blood from. But it was how they managed him. So kind and comforting.
