About DOCS Urgent Care & Primary Care - West Haven
DOCS Urgent Care & Primary Care is a medical facility that provides convenient and accessible healthcare services. The staff was very nice and took patients in, even when they were about to close. Patients have experienced varying wait times, but this is still considered better than lengthy waits at the emergency room. The facility is open seven days a week, including holidays. The receptionist greets everyone with warm greetings and smiles. Patients feel heard and safe. Everyone took their time to ensure visits went smoothly, with nurses arriving shortly after to take vitals. Dr. Ramanath was very helpful and made patients feel comfortable. The entire staff was more than friendly.
The staff was very nice and took me in even though they was about to close for the day..
The only thing I wish they done differently is to tell me they don't deal with head trauma in the beginning so I could have saved that 75 dollars because didn't really accomplish anything by going in there.
I just recently moved to West Haven and needed a physical for my son and this office was great. They listen to me. They were patient. They gave me a good advice and really would recommend them. The two ladies upfront are really really great and professional. Thank you.
As soon as you walk in you are greeted with a warm greeting and smiles from the receptionist. As I told them the reason for my visit I felt very heard and safe. Everyone took their time to ensure my visit went smoothly the nurses arrived in my exam room shortly after being placed in there to take my vitals. I was asked a couple of questions for them to better understand my condition and for them to provide me with the best care. Shortly after I was greeted by Dr. Ramanath where he made sure I wasn’t nervous at all and felt comfortable enough to talk about the reason for my visit.
