I arrived 5 mins before closing needing stitches. The staff were very empathetic and welcoming even though I'm sure everyone was ready to go home. The service was quick and the provider was very nice. Definitely would recommend this office to friends and family
Prompt for the most part. PA was great. The girl that was dressed in slipper like she was at home had no personal skills . And I’m sorry you should not be wearing slippers to work !

My only suggestion is to make the waiting room more comfortable. With the full glass front, all the window coverings rolled up top and no AC in the waiting room at approximately 82-85+ degrees I found it to be a ridiculous situation. As a heart patient, I found it to be difficult to breathe and nearly left as it was so stifling hot. People come in and are sick- no need to spread the germs.
Once in to be seen for care, the air conditioning was on high and comfortable.
