My only suggestion is to make the waiting room more comfortable. With the full glass front, all the window coverings rolled up top and no AC in the waiting room at approximately 82-85+ degrees I found it to be a ridiculous situation. As a heart patient, I found it to be difficult to breathe and nearly left as it was so stifling hot. People come in and are sick- no need to spread the germs.
Once in to be seen for care, the air conditioning was on high and comfortable.
Staff was pleasant. Only two suggestions:
1) a shelf near toilet to set sample on while button / zipping pants, because the alternative is to set on floor.
2) make certain sanitizer in waiting area outside lab exit remains functional with product.
From setting up the appointment to checking in with the receptionist the processes was simple, easy and friendly! The providers and nurses were knowledgeable and thorough. Highly recommend!
