Very efficient care, front desk and our nurse practitioner were not only thorough, but also very engaging with my 8 year old who loves to ask questions. Would readily go back for further care.

I loved that the wait wasn't long, the staff was very friendly, everyone had masks on and there were clean pens at the counter, the correct expectations were set for my visit, and I was treated with respect and I felt comfortable even though i was in pain. It's nice to want to go somewhere for help when you're in pain versus dreading it!

We've never been to the Hartford Healthcare urgent care facility and I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly we were taken in and cared for. The whole place had a serene air about it. It was meticulously clean and all the staff were very friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs urgent care. Much better than a trip to the ER.
