They did a tremendous job - the house looks great, the level of care and detail in all the nooks and crannies of the house came out really well. Chris was great to work with - extremely nice guy - you got the sense that him and his crew treated the job at our house as it was one of their own. They had the lowest quote that we sourced. The crew worked long hours some days (from 730am to 630pm in the dark on a friday) to finish the job as quickly as possible. They even spent a day here in the light rain after the previous day was a wash out. Exteriors will be at the top of my list for our next home project - they will not dissapoint!“

“This was our 3rd project with Bartlett-Brainard. As we committed to this, their sales person measured the space and took notes. Then a week or so later, their carpenter came out to measure again. “Measure twice, cut once” like school shop classes. They gave us an estimated approximate time to have the sliding door unit manufactured and then their schedule. As the time got closer, I reached out to them and them to me. In the last two weeks, communications increased until the day before installation to confirm our availability. The door was delivered early that morning as we were told, then their carpenters arrived to start working. The job took one day, start to finish. The quality of the work and their professionalism was outstanding. They helped take down a vertical’s curtain and rehung it on completion. They were neat and didn’t leave any construction debris.Bartlett-Brainard was recommended to us before the first project by previous customers who were also very happy with the work they did. “My understanding is they do many different job types but specialize in siding and roofing. The previous owner of my home had siding put over the old wood shingle and it left a huge gap between the siding and foundation going all the way around. So I had A LOT OF MICE that learned to enter the home by burrowing under the siding. I called Yargueta and they made me custom color matched trim on site that fit better than a glove to seal the gaps going around the house. It makes the siding look a bit cleaner AND they corrected some issues left by the previous installer for me. They showed up as promised, very responsive, and completed the job to my satisfaction.
