“This was our 3rd project with Bartlett-Brainard. As we committed to this, their sales person measured the space and took notes. Then a week or so later, their carpenter came out to measure again. “Measure twice, cut once” like school shop classes. They gave us an estimated approximate time to have the sliding door unit manufactured and then their schedule. As the time got closer, I reached out to them and them to me. In the last two weeks, communications increased until the day before installation to confirm our availability. The door was delivered early that morning as we were told, then their carpenters arrived to start working. The job took one day, start to finish. The quality of the work and their professionalism was outstanding. They helped take down a vertical’s curtain and rehung it on completion. They were neat and didn’t leave any construction debris.Bartlett-Brainard was recommended to us before the first project by previous customers who were also very happy with the work they did. I am happy to do the same thing again.“

“My understanding is they do many different job types but specialize in siding and roofing. The previous owner of my home had siding put over the old wood shingle and it left a huge gap between the siding and foundation going all the way around. So I had A LOT OF MICE that learned to enter the home by burrowing under the siding. I called Yargueta and they made me custom color matched trim on site that fit better than a glove to seal the gaps going around the house. It makes the siding look a bit cleaner AND they corrected some issues left by the previous installer for me. They showed up as promised, very responsive, and completed the job to my satisfaction. “John contacted me about replacing my carpet and putting down new laminate. It was a very rush job because I was getting inspected at the end of the week by AKC. I never called him back but he kept on calling which I liked. He told me that they could do it in my time frame and sure enough they did. They also were able to do it within my budget. I am working on having both John and Justin do a bunch of projects for us. The floor makes the house so much better. They helped move some of the furniture out. They even moved my sick golden retriever into the car for me to bring her to the vet. They did such a great job and the house looks like new. Thank you John and Justin. I plan on using you again for my bathroom project next.“
