They are a family business and it shows from the moment that they sit down with you to go over your quote to the process of completing the project, they are there for you. It is an easy going relationship when you work with Shawn and John and the rest of the company.<br><br>They completed the roof on our cape in one day with a large crew. The people that work for them are some of the best around, they are dedicated and hard working. The crew worked so well together and they supported each other to get the job done.<br><br>Some of the things that set them apart are the use of a self sealing ice and water shield that they put on the whole roof, not just the edges. and a larger drip edge over the minimum one that most companies use. The self sealing ice and water shield is important because when you have so many nails going through it you want those holes to seal around the nails.<br><br>I could go on and on about the quality of the work that his company does. John came first thing in the morning of the job to do a walk around with us and check that they had every item correct. Then he did another one when the man in charge came, to fill him in on everything. The work went smoothly and efficiently. The day after John came back to check on the job and make sure that we were happy.<br><br>It is unusual to have such a large project completed and not have anything bad to say about it. I am blown away by the whole process. I would recommend J.T. Burke to anyone looking for a solid company that treats you right, does quality work, and truly cares.”

“I had a terrific experience with the Nu-Face team, who replaced the siding on my house in West Hartford. I got three quotes from different companies, and the sales rep Peter gave me a good price while also sending me the offer to review on my own time. Other companies were pushy about asking me to sign on the spot, and only after comparing was it apparent that their offers were not as good. I took this as a sign that Nu-face would be responsive to questions later and indeed the whole team was very professional. I also appreciated that once the work started they were able to complete the siding and gutter replacement in only 1 week (though my house is on the small side). This kept me from having a dumpster blocking my driveway for an extended period of time. Reggie and the crew were friendly and also took care of extra things I hadn't thought about, like changing the bulbs on lights mounted high up near my roof, replacing water-damaged panels they found under my siding, and adjusting the window mounting that was the source of the water leak. I would definitely recommend them.”
