“John contacted me about replacing my carpet and putting down new laminate. It was a very rush job because I was getting inspected at the end of the week by AKC. I never called him back but he kept on calling which I liked. He told me that they could do it in my time frame and sure enough they did. They also were able to do it within my budget. I am working on having both John and Justin do a bunch of projects for us. The floor makes the house so much better. They helped move some of the furniture out. They even moved my sick golden retriever into the car for me to bring her to the vet. They did such a great job and the house looks like new. Thank you John and Justin. “The work crew arrived early and started work at 7:am as promised. They worked well as a team and all eight them knew what to do. The roof was stripped and a new one, plus ridge vent and solar exhaust were installed and clean up was finished just as rain began to fall. Pictures of the work in progress were sent via email so we could check what was being done. The roof looks great and was tested by heavy rain overnight. No leaks. I would hire them again for other work.“

“This was our 3rd project with Bartlett-Brainard. As we committed to this, their sales person measured the space and took notes. Then a week or so later, their carpenter came out to measure again. “Measure twice, cut once” like school shop classes. They gave us an estimated approximate time to have the sliding door unit manufactured and then their schedule. As the time got closer, I reached out to them and them to me. In the last two weeks, communications increased until the day before installation to confirm our availability. The door was delivered early that morning as we were told, then their carpenters arrived to start working. The job took one day, start to finish. The quality of the work and their professionalism was outstanding. They helped take down a vertical’s curtain and rehung it on completion. They were neat and didn’t leave any construction debris.Bartlett-Brainard was recommended to us before the first project by previous customers who were also very happy with the work they did.
