“October 2024 will mark 3 years of working with Steve as a fitness coach at C&C StrongFit. When I started, I was terribly out of shape and had really terrible posture and work-related ailments. I wasn't able to lift my left arm above my head, had chronic right shoulder pain, chronic lower back pain, and overall felt terrible on a daily basis. I knew I wasn't able to continue with my profession at the rate that I was going and my body was going to fail before I was ready to retire.
It hasn't been an easy road in gaining strength or reclaiming my health, but Steve has been instrumental along the way. He has definitely pushed me and what my body can do, and I am stronger mentally and physically for it. I can now shoulder press 20-pounders, I have great posture, I am pain-free, and I will definitely be able to continue with my profession for another 20 years (but only I want to ?!).
