“I went to Mateo House of Beauty for the Japanese head spa, and it was honestly amazing. Mateo was so sweet from the moment I walked in, and the whole place had such a relaxing, aesthetic vibe. The treatment was completely worth it — the difference in my scalp in the before and after photos was incredible. I have curly hair and a sensitive scalp, so I’m usually super cautious about what products I use to avoid irritation or flare-ups. Knowing that Mateo used natural oils made me feel so relieved, and that soothing, tingly sensation let me know the treatment was really doing its job. On top of that, the full body massage and facial were fantastic. I also loved that I was the only person in the salon during my appointment — it made the whole experience feel extra peaceful and refreshing. You can tell they genuinely care about their clients. Disappointed there was no hot tub and the red light sauna was very small- only 2 or 3 people can fit shoulder to shoulder. Pool was not very warm for being heated.“

“I went in to see Nicki for a perm with the intentions of getting my curls back. She did a phenomenal job! She was easy to converse with. The most impressionable experience I had in the salon with Nicki was watching her tend to the customers. Making sure to offer them coffee, water, tea, hot chocolate, water as well as snacks.
