Well it was less than an experience and left us pretty disappointed. The staff at Luscious got her in and made her, and mom, day. Brittany was so kind, professional, and made my 6 year old feel extra special. I cannot thank her enough. Also, she styled her hair so beautifully! We will 100% be back!”
