You aren’t forced into small talk while getting your hair done, you can simply relax or talk, it’s literally up to you without feeling weird. Also, the atmosphere is incredible, with regulars chatting it up with other regulars. It feels like being part of a family, everyone is so nice. On top of that, Brooke is excellent, she just knows what to do with your hair even when you aren’t confident yourself.
