I had the absolute pleasure of getting my hair cut by Dawn this week! She was very knowledgeable, gave me exactly what I wanted after talking it over with me at the beginning. My short hair was very grown out after moving here a few months ago and not having found a salon yet and she took great care of me and made me look my very best. Will definitely be retuning, and I highly recommend this salon!

It seems that there are more and more salons these days - yet fewer and fewer who actually listen to their clients. I am so delighted I found Waterhouse Salon in New London. I had been going to the same place for years but was never really happy. Camber is a stylist who cares more than just what the client's hair looks like, but what the hair looks like on the person! Thank you so much!

I am very impressed with Waterhouse Salon.When we moved to New London 18 months ago I was worried I would not be able to find a salon and hair stylist comparable to the previous AVEDA Salon I had been going to.Camber has given me wonderful haircuts; I could not be more pleased with her talent and skill. It is easy to book an appointment online, which is convenient since I get my bangs trimmed every 4-6 weeks.Waterhouse Salon is warm and welcoming, and I love the location.
