While walking around the shops at Mystic I remembered how badly I needed a cut and ran in to see if they had availability and got in right away. My hairdresser, Taylor, was awesome and helped me figure out exactly what I wanted. She did a wonderful job washing, cutting and blow drying, and my hair came out exactly how I wanted and even better! I plan to come back to them for all my future hair needs. Great pricing too!!
Can't recommend CROP enough! Had an issue with their online reservation system and didnt realize my appointment was denied (please make sure you get a confirmation email!) So I showed up on a Sunday right before my BILs wedding and Zobey was at the desk by herself and realizing what happened and my distress, she acted quickly to fit me in before the next scheduled appointment and gave me a beautiful style that didn't look like it only took 20 minutes, ha! I am eternally grateful and would love to send her my complements once again to management for her ability to pivot and produce a beautiful style in a tight timeline and never lost her cool. I just started going to Crop and my Stylist, Shannon, has been giving me an amazing cut! She is super talented, and always makes me feel like a million bucks. Best cut I've had in a while.
