I had an appointment somewhere else and when I showed up for my appointment the salon was closed and no one answered my call. “Amazing color artist and she recently suggested we try a Chi Smoothing treatment on my coarse thick hair. OMG it’s like night and day, we did a thing the day after my treatment and added a ton of blonde highlights to my hair and after all the bleach and color my hair felt like silk when she was done, it worked amazing on my hair.
