I just met with John Gorman. What a great experience. He was well informed, respectful, listened to all of our needs and knowledgeable. I am getting a new walk in shower! Thank you John.

Our new walk in shower was installed on 8/14. What a wonderful experience! Shane was phenomenal! He arrived before the stated time. He went over our order details with us and before we knew it, our floors from the front door to our bathroom were covered with drop clothes. Then the work started. It was like clock work. We had a representative from Jacuzzi, come to our home, to give us an estimate for a tub to walk in shower.
Ida, was fantastic. She was pleasant and professional. She explained the whole process. We were shown various samples with different price ranges. She designed our shower with our specifications and we were able to see them right away. We were able to see the price differences and choose what worked for us.
We appreciated her patience and assistance. Ida went above and beyond to get us our new walk in shower!
