“I needed a part for a high-end outdoor shower. When I brought the part into the store, Rob diagnosed what was not working. He and other staff spent considerable time looking for a nut that would have solved the problem. When it was clear that they didn't have one, they spent even more time trying to figure out how to order just a small part of the shower system. They even brought it in overnight so that I could get the shower up and running. When I couldn't disconnect the nut on the new part from the unit, I took it back. Three men worked together to unscrew the over-torqued nuts on either side. This is the difference between going to a local, knowledgeable store vs a big box store or Amazon. I could not recommend them more highly.“
