“I can't say enough good things about Pure Water Plumbing and Josh! My mom needed a plumber, and they were able to come out the next day. Josh evaluated the problem and, rather than leaving her waiting for another appointment, stayed and worked until after 6:30 PM to make sure everything was taken care of.
One thing that really stood out to me was how thoughtful they were about communicating with my mom. She has some difficulty communicating by phone, and they used texting to stay in touch with her, answer questions, and keep her updated throughout the process. That extra effort made a huge difference and meant a lot to both of us.
Josh was professional, patient, respectful, and clearly cared about doing the job right. He didn't rush out the door when the day got long—he stayed until the work was finished.
