I have very sensitive skin and a lavender allergy and she was so accommodating and even went out of her way to contact skin care companies to ensure there was no lavender in their products. I see her every month for a customized facial and this is the best my skin has ever felt. Just with a couple product recommendations for home and my skin completely changed! “I messed up my back badly. I could barely walk and definitely couldn't sit or bend without major discomfort. I never get massages, but I went to Todd with an open mind in hopes that it could help. I left feeling so much better! It honestly did more to help me than I could have ever imagined. I feel 1000 times better. On top of that - Todd spent the time to teach me some stretches to help after the massage and was honestly just a good person to talk with. I couldn't recommend him more.“

I was tweezing twice per day and when facial hair got the better of me, I made the call.At consultation I was educated about the process of electrolysis and soon learned that what I was taught about tweezing was all wrong. “First of all Jason C - You are ridiculous - with your second comment. First one was good enough! Try walking in next time before you open that hole in your face you call a mouth. I think that's a cheap shot and a really unfair assessment. Let me try to clear things up. I am a faithful client - I gave them a second chance. There was a fumble on the appt setting - but now I have no issues. From what I understand this business just opened in February. The owner of the spa is not on site. He is just getting the business up and going and if that is what your going to do I guess group-on is the way to go. Who would expect that everyone and their mother would buy it? I'm sure it has become overwhelming. I guess everyone looks for the cheapest. Cheap but by far not lacking in quality. The service here is amazing! I have re-booked several appts with the massage therapists there. Maria and Tommy are the best in Connecticut. I have spent alot of money on group-ons all over the state to find these two ladies and I'm in and not going anywhere! (I am a professional massage receiver) You will not get better attention from another therapist. Maria is 50 something young and strong! - has oodles of experience - YEARS! Trained in Germany speaks 3 or 4 different languages great caring bedside manner and knows exactly what you need, when you need it - a wonderful touch. Tommi is a Jersey Girl... and knows just about every button to push - every muscle from head to toe - usually does not miss much. Excellent butt work - I'm a runner and I count on that every time. It's a shame that those experiences have happened. But give it another shot and I'm sure you will not be disappointed.“

“I saw YoYo there for a 90 minute deep tissue massage. I was very pleasantly surprised how much I enjoyed it! She even used hot stones for a bit on my back! I’ve had thousands of massages and several from Chinese spas and for sure this is the best massage at a Chinese spa! I will for sure return. YoYo speaks enough English to communicate well.“

The front desk girl could care less, as I remember from last time couldn't care less that you exist and spending money. However I don't care .. She inspected it and kept giving the previous lash tech compliments on her work that's the kind of energy I want around me, she did such a great job I decided to go back for full set. She's one of the sweetest person I've ever met she was very gentle,she kept asking if I was comfortable she also gave me a list for aftercare. But let me tell you when I just opened my eyes I could not tell I had extensions on!. I was looking up to see if I could actually see them because i could not feel it at all.she killed it !!!
