Botanicals is awesome! I highly recommend it. I've been going here for several years, and they do an excellent job. Everything is done very professionally and the atmosphere is calming and serene. I've had 2-3 different massage therapists, all of whom are excellent. I've also had my nails done there once or twice and was very pleased! Plus, it's a woman-owned business, which I always love to support. Keep up the great work!

It wasn't amazing but it also wasn't bad. Will I go back? No. The receptionist and the aesthetician were both very nice and professional. I got a facial. It started out fine with a cleanse. The facial was done in complete darkness so I was perplexed how the aesthetician will be able to gauge my skin. Anyway, after the cleanse, a thicker product was applied which dried out but the pressure of the massage remained the same so it was a little uncomfortable and then some form of dry brushing occurred which threw me off. My husband and I came in and had a wonderful experience. He got a tandem massage with Sara and Alison and said it was unbelievable how in sync they were. It was truly the best massage. I had a facial with Liz and it was top notch. So relaxing and thorough. We both had the best afternoon. Thanks ladies.
