“Ellen and Julia are the reason for the stars. Update: since Ellen’s departure it’s been quite difficult to get appointments that aren’t cancelled or rescheduled. Unfortunately, I have purchased several packages that now I’m regretting as there is always a cancellation due to the new aesthetician’s changing schedule. I’m going to see if they can be reimbursed.

Update: Mellisa is a wonderful aesthetician and thankfully I’ve had very few hiccups since I’ve been going to her for facials.”
