She took the time to get me settled in, explained all parts of the treatment, and checked in with me often throughout the massage to be sure the pressure and pace was good. “I had another wonderful experience at Axxess Spa yesterday. My 60-minite facial was with Tara. Unlike facials at other facilities, those at Axxess provide a full 60 minutes of hands-on work, not just 45 minutes, with 15 minutes allotted for "consultation," which, to be honest, includes trying to sell you very expensive products. No pressure at all at Axxess. I've received wonderful facials from Tara & Cassidy. And....this morning a co-worker told me my skin looked wonderful. I told her I had a facial yesterday. She said "your skin always looks good after you get a facial!" Thank you, Axxess!”

When I was paying, Amber seemed a bit distracted, possibly checking her phone, and I couldn’t help but wonder if she had noticed. Fortunately, I spotted it as I was walking out, catching a glimpse of myself in a glass door, and was able to take care of it before anything awkward happened.<br><br>I’m sure Amber didn’t want to make me uncomfortable by pointing it out, especially as a new client. Still, I think a quick, discreet heads-up would have been appreciated, just to avoid a potentially embarrassing moment. That said, it didn’t detract from the overall great experience, and I’m definitely looking forward to my next visit.”
“I have never had a problem there. I always go to the owner and she is great. I know some other stylist rent a chair from her, but they are not employed by her. If you have a problem with the salon just call and let the owner know. Her name is Laurie and she will take great care of you.”
