I went to LJ to get my skin tags on my face and neck removed. The process was easy, quick, and simple and the aftercare was easy to do. LJ was very knowledgable about the procedure and my results are amazing, I cannot thank her enough. LJ also gave me tips for my reoccurring breakouts and my sensitive skin. Tried to make an appointment twice....a month or so ago and two days ago. Answering service takes messages....two days later still no call back. Previous client. Maybe she doesn't want repeat business. Found services elsewhere thankfully.Update: I'll add two stars for personal follow up by the owner who contacted me claiming they had been out of the country. Why didn't your answering services let potential clients know this?

I was referred to LJ by my coworker while complaining to her about facial hair. I was tweezing twice per day and when facial hair got the better of me, I made the call.At consultation I was educated about the process of electrolysis and soon learned that what I was taught about tweezing was all wrong. I made an appointment right away.I am currently getting treatment and it has been an awesome experience. I have seen such a great change that I am hardly seeing any facial hair.LJ is sweet, caring, gentle and professional. I feel safe in her care.
