“Good place for eye exams except the part where you have to wear a toy-like virtual experience for an eye alignment (Which I disagreed 100% with the results.) Misalignment to me means cross-eyed or blurred vision, which I do not experience!!
Noticed they did not do a color blind test, as I had previously (2 months ago!) with my dr. for my CDL physical…Btw I had an alignment test there & passed with flying colors!!) Next year I will refuse that little virtual reality toy & move on to the real time eye exam!!
Otherwise nice place for eye exams. Call me crabby ol lady but I prefer old school eye exams w/out any nonsense!“

“Dr Charles is very thoughtful, precise, and listens to all you have to tell her. She takes her time and never rushes through the exam. Her technician Celeste took her time and showed me so many frames and never rushed me.“

“Everything was good except the time I was admitted versus my appointment time. I went for an eye exam to get prescription for glasses. I arrived and checked in by my 10:15 AM appointment time. Wasn't admitted at 10:15 AM because there were 4 people ahead of me. When it was my turn the staff was professional, cordial, and quick during my exam. The exam maybe lasted about 5 - 8 minutes from entry to exiting the store with prescription in hand. I left the store at 11:15 AM. This visit could have been 5 stars if my exam was done at the appointment time or the policy was by walk in and not appointments.“

I saw Dr. Levinson and his amazing team on 11/26/2025 and instantly knew why Connecticut Magazine deservedly awarded them this honor. My exam was the most thorough exam with state-of-the-art technology I've ever had. Dr. Levinson is kind, caring and exceptionally knowledgeable. He reviewed with me my exam results including impressive radiological images of my retinas in a manner that I could understand. The staff at Eye Physicians and Surgeons are professional, attentive and caring. It's obvious they are pros who have been in the field a long time. A close friend had severely impaired vision that was restored by Dr. Faridi and a neighbor suffered partial vision loss from chemotherapy that Dr. Lin resolved. “Grover is an absolute wizard I honestly am so impressed with the 10 year old bent ray bans frames and he put polarized prescription lens in for only 125$ my other ophthalmologist want 320$ and said oh they might break. I wish I had a picture of them beforehand but they look amazing I’m seeing in 20x20 again like a 4k television:)“

“I called to ask if they put in lens in frames they do. And it was quick. He got them done it about 5 days just before Christmas. My baby boy needed sports glasses for basketball.“

“I had such a wonderful experience here today! The hinge of my eyeglasses have been broken for two weeks and I have been keeping it together using a floss. I have been to other places where I was told that it could not be fixed, so I came here today hoping to find another frame for my lenses. And as ASHLEY examined the glasses, she kindly said they could be fixed and promptly proceeded to repair them at no cost. “I was there as a squeeze in. Yes I waited, but as I waited I noticed how polite and helpful the staff was. Especially Sandra! There wasn’t a person that came in there, that she didn’t help or suggest something for them. Even when a child came in, she gave her a coloring book. The child was so excited. You usually don’t see that kind of help anymore, unfortunately.“
