Had an eye emergency today and hadn’t been seen there for 15 + years. Took me within an hr and couldn’t of been nicer or more caring. Will be seeing them again soon for routine eye exam and am looking forward to it! Staff went above and beyond from the front desk to the exam room!

Had to take a parent here a couple of times for appointments. The staff was helpful and I appreciate their willingness to squeeze people in for appointments. In my experience however, they are frequently overbooked. I don't know if I just happened to catch it at a bad time, but wait times are incredibly long, sometimes more than an hour. I can't fault someone one way or the other here, I'm not sure who is to blame for that, but either way it can still make it an unpleasant experience at times for the patients and people who are escorting them.

Thank goodness for this practice. My son had an eye injury, and when I called, the office said we should come right in. Dr. Bacal saw him right away (corneal abrasion diagnosis) and took such good care of him, as did the nurse who did his intake info. I’m so grateful for this group’s help. Everyone was very kind.
