I should’ve read the reviews before booking. I don’t usually go to this office but my usual was booked out. I got an email my appointment was canceled on my way to my appointment and I called to ask about rescheduling and the reception genuinely seemed so irritated with me for saying “ hello I missed a call” she repeated in an irritated tone “I left you a message already” several times rather than just saying “the doctor is out we unfortunately need to reschedule you” I would have no problem with that at all. Obviously if I knew you left me a voice mail I wouldn’t be calling???? Seems as though this is an ongoing issue...read full review
The people at Eye Doctor were good,knowledgeable about the frame of my glasses ,that I bought recently and very friendly. I would highly recommend anybody to go to Eye Doctor and get your a nice pair of glass frames,and they do test your eyesight at Eye Doctor.
Not my normal eye place but I broke my glasses in half I’m leaving for vacation in two days and the staff I wanna say his name was Wayne. He was Outstanding with customer service was able to find a pair of glasses that would fit my lens get my lenses popped in. They were welcoming and friendly. I recommend this place very happy with the service I received their efficient quick thank you again.
