Karolina was an absolute 10/10! She didn’t just help me choose glasses—she taught me how to fit and style them almost like learning how to fit a suit. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and answered every question without ever making me feel rushed.
Glasses are like jewelry and fashion to me, so when I told her I wanted to be pushed outside my comfort zone, she immediately understood. She helped me explore new styles while staying true to my taste and budget. One of the best customer service experiences I’ve had anywhere!

Carolina, was very helpful. I thought that she went above and beyond to help me out, From the receptionist to the service by the doctor, everything gets a five star. Also, I don’t think that’s the correct spelling her name. Please forgive me. 😂
