During one of the most difficult times for our family, Lacerenza-Macari Family Funeral Home went above and beyond in every possible way. From the beginning, Jerry Jr. was incredibly compassionate, patient, and flexible. He met with us multiple times, always taking the time to listen and guide us gently through every step of the process. His warmth and personable nature brought much-needed comfort during this painful time.

What stood out most was the way they prepared my father for a private family viewing before the Mass. It was the most touching and emotional moment — one that I will never forget. Being able to say our goodbyes in such a peaceful and respectful setting meant everything to us.

They also arranged a virtual Mass, allowing our family overseas to participate — which meant the world to us. Every detail was handled with care, including recommending Racanello Florist, who provided the most beautiful floral arrangements. The ceremony at Sacred Heart Church, followed by my father’s burial at St. John Cemetery, was absolutely beautiful and meaningful.

We are especially thankful to Fr. Alfonso Picone, who led a heartfelt and meaningful Mass. His presence and words brought peace and comfort to our family, and the service was a beautiful tribute to our father.

We also highly recommend Lucas, who played the guitar and sang beautifully in Spanish during the Mass. His music added a deeply emotional and spiritual atmosphere that truly touched everyone in attendance.

We would also like to express our sincere thanks to Lauren, who was kind, attentive, and very supportive with all the administrative needs. Her help and understanding made everything go smoothly during such an emotional time.

My family and I are deeply grateful for everything that Jerry Jr. and the entire Lacerenza-Macari family did for us. We truly couldn’t have asked for more.
