“I decided a few years ago to arrange for a prepaid funeral for my mom. They made everything easy and patiently reviewed the options. When it came time for the funeral, they made it seamless and we did not have to do a thing on that day allowing us to grieve and not worry about the details. Yesterday, they mailed a refund as we apparently did not cost as much as anticipated. I was unaware until the check arrived yesterday. Honest, patient, efficient, and warm. I cannot recommend them enough and I recommend prepaying so there is less to deal with when the moment comes.“
