“We had a positive experience with Funeraria Luz de Paz. The staff was friendly, courteous, and professional throughout the entire process. Our family has entrusted them with several services over the years, and they have consistently provided respectful care.

The facility was clean, welcoming, and had ample space to accommodate large families, which made it easier for everyone to gather and support one another during a difficult time.

They also provided a live stream service for family members who were unable to attend in person, including loved ones in Italy and Puerto Rico, which we greatly appreciated.

We did have a minor scheduling issue early on, but it was handled with grace and efficiency and ultimately had no real impact on the experience.

We also did pre-planning with the funeral home months in advance, knowing that when a loved one passes, emotions run high. That preparation helped make the process much smoother for our family during a difficult time.

This was the first funeral service for my immediate family—my brothers and sister—for our mother, and having the support and professionalism of the staff made a meaningful difference. My extended family also attended and was well accommodated.
