The entire team in this store is great (I’m sorry I don’t have everyone’s name). The only thing I wish is they weren’t in WestFarms, rather I’d prefer they were in a more convenient location like the Shoppes at Evergreen Walk and had a larger location but kudos for the great service.“

“I had my first cataract surgery eight years ago with Dr. Solinsky. I came back to him again this year to correct the cataract in my other eye. Both then and now, it always strikes me how friendly and inclusive this practice is! The staff and patients both are largely from Hartford and West Hartford. Spanish-speaking patients find Spanish-speaking technicians and doctors. The staff reflects the rich cultural milieu of the community. And all staff members are knowledgeable, caring, and gentle. I give all the credit for this to Dr. Solinsky. He has truly built a wonderful practice! And he himself is a wonderfully capable doctor and surgeon, and an excellent listener. As his patient, I know that he heard and considered my priorities, and advised me with the ideal outcome in mind. I am delighted with my new lens!“

The office has a great selection of frames, and the glasses were ready within a week. I was also able to get a trial pair of contact lenses after my exam and educated on the differences of daily versus monthly contact wear. Additionally, I came into the office to have him repair a loose screw in the arm of the glasses, which was done efficiently and even adjusted them. “I've used Dr. Roffer for years! I originally went to him when the lenses I had gotten from 1-hour place were bothering me. My prescription was wrong - the lenses too strong! Dr. Roffer's exams are very thorough, his staff is helpful and pleasant, and the quality of their lenses is unsurpassed. They've always had a nice selection of the latest style frames. With my prescription, my glasses can get costly, but Dr. Roffer is worth it.“
