I’ve been coming here for a few years now, every single experience has been the same. Absolutely wonderful. Very efficient process from start to finish, very quick wait times and INCREDIBLE staff. Jay at the front desk was extremely respectful and friendly and the doctors here ago above and beyond with their customer service.

My original review is below but wanted to update it because since my complaint , they hired a new front desk man that is very professional and friendly. Since then I’ve gone in several times and every time they were very prompt and even took care of us without an appointment. Good on the manager for recognizing and fixing issues.————————————————————Probably the most unprofessional, incompetent eye dr office you can pick. Because of their incompetency my daughter is now at least 3 months delayed for her eye exam due to them canceling TWICE on the day of the appointment citing "system issues". Courtney was wonderful to work with as I was being grumpy, she was patient and kind and helped me pick out the perfect set of frames and lenses for my needed. I very much appreciated her kindness.
