We had a great experience. The doctor (Susan) made us feel listened to. Even though it was an evening appointment, she took the time to explain everything, answer all of our questions, and didn't rush us through the process. She made great recommendations. We were quite nervous and she put us at ease. I highly recommend this doctor and this establishment.

Everyone was very, very nice and professional. No waiting! Just filled out one page of information, not a book that is so annoying. No waiting involved. Dr. Turro was nice and thorough, made me feel comfortable.The office manager, helped me find a pair of glasses that she thought would work for me. Instead of me standing there looking at walls of frames. I was very pleased with her help! She explained the process of eyewear and the type of lenses they had to offer and the different vision types they had. Everything went very well! I will recommend LensCrafters to family and friends.
