So easy to get along with & was patient with me since I've never been to a gym. After a few months I moved to the semi-private classes & love it! The trainers & group of people in the classes are great to be around. Everyone goes at their own pace but they push you to do better! Being here has not only helped me but it has helped my family. My kids see their parents taking care of their health & they want to be part of it. My older daughter comes to classes & my youngest loves working out at home with dad. They also are more aware of their eatting habits. Ben & his team are amazing. I highly recommend Sculpt!“

915 E Main St, Torrington“Our daughter started karate when she was 4 years old (she is now 6) and it has made such a positive impact on her life and ours. Her confidence has improved tremendously with each class and you can see her excitement every time she learns something new. The instructors are excellent with the kids and take their jobs seriously . They take the time out to make sure your child understands a new move or technique so they don’t feel lost or that they are falling behind.
We are so proud of our daughter for trying something new and Villari’s in Torrington has taught her so much in the last 2+ years!“

When I started going to AF I met with a trainer who assessed my needs and tailored a workout specifically for me. Using the app on my phone I can follow the workout plan on my own, but there is almost always a coach on site to help. The gyms I've joined in the past were basically just using the machines and hoping I was doing it right lol. They also try to encourage a sense of community with gym members which is really awesome.“

“YES Fitness is a godsend. I am six months into my first strength-building program, and I am amazed by the changes in my body. My fitness coach meets me where I am at every workout, and since I am a person with Parkinson’s Disease, that can be a challenge. At YES, I always feel supported, but never coddled.
