“Gary Franco‘s plumbing was excellent. They came out on Memorial Day weekend, quickly diagnosed the issue, and replaced our leaking toilet without any hassle. Professional, responsive and punctual-especially impressive considering it was a holiday weekend. Highly recommend for fast and reliable plumbing service.”
“Unfortunately, I needed some plumbing repairs at my house. Not knowing any plumbers and faced with a long list of choices, I decided to go with Drain Wizard, a local Hamden business.
It turned out to be one of the best decisions I could have made. Rob is not only a fantastic plumber but an even better person. He was reliable, professional, and always kept the work area clean. The quality of his work and attention to detail were outstanding.
I can’t say enough about Rob’s professionalism and the excellent service I received. If you’re looking for an honest, dependable plumber, I highly recommend Drain Wizard.”
“We had a severe clog in our bathroom that we could not reach and clear with homeowner snakes. We called Master Rooter on a Sunday evening and they were at our house first thing Monday morning! Ben was extremely friendly, responsive, and a pleasure to speak with. Paul came out and had the problem fixed within 30 mins. He was also very friendly, clean, and efficient! The cherry on top was their reasonable and transparent pricing. I highly recommend this company and would call them again in the future if needed!”
