Issues are diagnosed quickly and fixed without any hassle. Everything is explained clearly before the work is done, and the pricing is fair. They know what they are doing and take pride in their work. Great customer service and great quality of work are delivered. Quick, professional, and fairly priced service is provided for everything from faucet repairs to hot water heaters.
We were very pleased and relieved to have found Steve when we woke up to a burst hot water heater that flooded our basement yesterday. He was super quick to return my call. Talked us thru some steps to stop the water leak, ordered a new water heater and came the next morning. We were up and running in less than 2 hours.
He was very easy to work with and patient with our questions.
We are very grateful we will not have to scramble to find a good plumber in the future!!
