We had a severe clog in our bathroom that we could not reach and clear with homeowner snakes. We called Master Rooter on a Sunday evening and they were at our house first thing Monday morning! Ben was extremely friendly, responsive, and a pleasure to speak with. Paul came out and had the problem fixed within 30 mins. He was also very friendly, clean, and efficient! The cherry on top was their reasonable and transparent pricing. I highly recommend this company and would call them again in the future if needed!
I first got in touch with Ben after first, unfortunately, working with someone else who lacked consistent communication, if they responded at all. Ben was willing to come the day I was waiting for the another plumber recommended, however before he arrived... the first plumber finally showed up. Ben accepted that and was gracious and even offered to come and assist if needed.
Days later after chasing the previous plumber around to have the work done to no avail, I was able to call Ben to come. With haste and incredible knowledge, Ben, Edward and Paul were wonderful!
