JND Plumbing & Mechanical is a family owned and operated plumbing and heating contractor with over 15 years of experience out of Waterbury, CT, serving the community with quality work and quality service. Josh is an excellent plumber who has been a go-to for two years, covering everything from shower leaks, toilet repair, new installations, to septic line burst. He is very professional, flat out honest about parts and labor, and performs neat and clean installs in a timely fashion. For dire emergencies, Josh is always there quickly and for a fair price, once sending a plumber who worked from 10 pm to 3 am to diagnose a collapsed pipe, with Josh performing the pipe repair the next morning. Another plumber did a great job repairing a seized shower cartridge on a Friday night. Customers appreciate that the work is not going to take advantage of your wallet, and everyone is highly recommended.

Josh came out and replaced our well tank within 4 days of reaching out out to him. He was very professional, install was very neat and clean. He was flat out honest about parts and labor and what the job entails. He got it done in a timely fashion. If your looking for honest, good quality work that is not going to take advantage of your wallet he is the one to call.
I had a problem on a Friday night: seized up shower cartridge/handle. Josh answered the phone and immediately diagnosed the problem over the phone and reassured me it could fixed. Sent one of his plumbers out (Kristin) who did a great job repairing it. Highly recommend!!
