“Highly professional guys! Russ is easy to reach and quick to book. He coordinated the exchange of our hot water tanks perfectly. He disconnected the old tank and wheeled it outside. Just a few minutes later, the new one was delivered, and the old one was carted away. The new tank was set up quickly. He also explained that we might want an electric anode rod installed instead of the default rods, which must be cleaned out and replaced every year. We went for it, and Tyler came by a few days later to install it and do a few other small projects. Couldn’t be happier with all the jobs well done.“

I scheduled a needed repair. The work was completed in a much shorter time than expected, but only to find out that the work was completed incorrectly.

Tony C was then reassigned and came for a follow up.
He correctly completed the work, took the time to explain the steps and the corrections needed. Once the work was complete, Tony took extra time to ensure everything was working correctly.
