“My wife Holly and I stopped into Avon Plumbing recently to see if they could repair our Brezio bathroom widespread leaky handles. We purchased it years earlier and the model was no longer being sold. Margo Lipari, an extremely knowledgeable sales person, showed us other waterfall models but we didn’t really like the styles. She then offered to call the company on our behalf to see if they still make the internal valve components we would need to replace. They did and Delta mailed them to us. We set up an appointment with their plumbing service to fix the handles. We are so impressed we are planning further plumbing work in our basement. Thank you Margo! “Highly professional guys! Russ is easy to reach and quick to book. He coordinated the exchange of our hot water tanks perfectly. He disconnected the old tank and wheeled it outside. Just a few minutes later, the new one was delivered, and the old one was carted away. The new tank was set up quickly. He also explained that we might want an electric anode rod installed instead of the default rods, which must be cleaned out and replaced every year. We went for it, and Tyler came by a few days later to install it and do a few other small projects. Couldn’t be happier with all the jobs well done.”
