Highly professional guys! Russ is easy to reach and quick to book. He coordinated the exchange of our hot water tanks perfectly. He disconnected the old tank and wheeled it outside. Just a few minutes later, the new one was delivered, and the old one was carted away. The new tank was set up quickly. He also explained that we might want an electric anode rod installed instead of the default rods, which must be cleaned out and replaced every year. We went for it, and Tyler came by a few days later to install it and do a few other small projects. Couldn’t be happier with all the jobs well done.
Our heat went out and several pipes froze and burst in the walls. We did not have heat or running water after that happened. They came out and fixed all the issues! I highly recommend!!!
Russ is amazing. Had an issue with our well pump freezing and contacted multiple other business and either they didn’t answer or never called back. Reached out to Russ and he was here within an hour and fixed our issue immediately. The only shock was how low our bill was! Will definitely be calling for any future needs!
