Greg and Synergy have been so so helpful for my family. We felt like we were treated like neighbors. We called him in a limbo state, confused with how to get covered home health aid. Greg personally helped me figure out the right people to call, and now we have a ton of support for my mom.
He followed up regularly to check in on her as the administrative process unfolded, and was at the house within 24 hrs after she got home from the hospital.
Then the even more amazing patient care began where he worked with my family to determine the best course of action for my mom, which ended actually being to work with another agency that had a different schedule availability. Greg even helped us transfer the order to that other agency. My family was honestly bummed to not get to work with Greg and his team, because of how much we liked him. At the end of the day though, Greg made it clear his priority was to determine the best decision for the patient. It was one of those moments that gave us a little more faith in humanity, witnessing the integrity of someone with their heart in the right place.

“We had a scheduling conflict and it was going to be hard for my wiife to drive me home after my surgery. I called Elder Conceiege Service with only a couple of days notice. They were able to do provide the required transportation and were great from start to finish, ie scheduling, confirmation, payment, arriving on time, and getting me home.
I had a hard time finding someone who could do the medical pickup (the surgery center doesn’t allow Uber or taxis). Elder was great and will be who I call again if I need this. They picked me up in Sheridan and drove me home to Broomfield.“

“Our dad has had the honor of having Jaquelyn J. (Longmont) as his evening caregiver for a year+. She came in soon after our mom passed away and immediately was a calming presence. She is kind, caring, always uses Dad's name when speaking to him, and cooks him yummy meals. She knows and respects his likes/dislikes and she's aware that she needs to speak loudly so he can hear her... She's a tremendous help for Dad and his dog. “This was the review I wrote in late October 2024: I’m coming up on two weeks of rehab on my new knee, that got off to a rough start UNTIL my PT from Acaria, Amy Kerrigan, showed up on my second day home and took charge. On the third day, her colleague Tammy Martin , OT, arrived, and together they got me up and moving safely and comfortably first around the house and then around the neighborhood with a cane.
The team from Acaria was a lifesaver; we were overwhelmed with the medication and rehab schedule and navigating daytime oxygen needs. They came in , took control and helped organize everything, even monitoring the condition of the knee and communicating with photos and emails with my orthopedist over concerns about swelling and color of the knee.
Tomorrow I confidently start outpatient PT , grateful for the headstart Amy and Tammy gave me. I’d recommend ANY knee or hip replacement patient ask their surgeon for a referral to Acaria Home Care.“
