“I am so very grateful for Genelle, Monica, and all the caregivers with whom I have been in contact at A Caring Hand and Heart! They were excellent at communicating with me (both caregivers and the administration). I was able to talk with the caregivers via phone or text for my 98-year-old mom, and if I had a question or concern, both Genelle and Monica were more than willing to talk with me or text me.One time a caregiver became sick and there were no other available caregivers, so Genelle was willing to come over to Mom's house and take care of her. Genelle also arranged for my mom's best friend (who also uses this company) to be brought over to my mom's house for lunch. The caregiver was so kind and patient! Mom and her best friend had a wonderful lunch and visited for an extra 2 hours. The caregiver was so kind to both Mom and her friend by letting them visit for a long time even though it was cutting into the caregiver's "free" time.I can't praise the caring and love of this company enough. “A 5 star agency because of the awesome team member that work there especially the field staff!You are paid a great wage but work many hours in order to meet the demands required. Even on your days off you work on you schedule and call patients as well as contacting co-workers to keep each other in the loop and keep patients from falling through the cracks! Work life balance is a challenge. Tests need to be taken yearly so, you are doing those on your day off with some compensation.“
