Both my mother and I have been using ECS since 2020 and they have been lifesavers on more than one occasion. My mother has always received quality, kind, compassionate, and professional services over the years. All the staff are wonderful and helpful and getting service lined up has always been easy. I absolutely recommend ECS for anybody looking for help. I can say that their services have helped to improve my mother's life and helped her to maintain the independent lifestyle she chooses to live with as little intrusion as possible.
Elder Concierge staff helped my sister-in-law immeasurably for several years as her health declined. My wife and I live in Connecticut and were struggling to help from a distance.While not a health care service, Elder Concierge staff (Heather McGuire particularly) were fabulous as companions and problem solvers. We asked them to do all manner of things. My friendly and professional driver, Greg, arrived 5 minutes early to take me to an appointment for a medical procedure. When I was ready to leave after the procedure, Greg was there in the recovery area to pick me up. I highly recommend Elder Concierge Services.
