“5 Stars goes to Lisa Larko my Home Instead scheduler. I guess it has taken me like 70 years, but I have finally found good schedulers to work with in a company that Im working at. Wow, these two girls that I work with at Home Instead, right now Lisa Jarko and Amanda Smith. “They are the bomb.”
They are “The bees knees and aim to please” our TEAM. Like us doing the hours… lol
Not only do these girls have to try and please ME, my schedule but they are trying to please my CLIENT’s and juggling a lot of things, managing things at work, wait! How many employees are there? How many clients?, oh and they have to go home sometime? Right? Or do they… that is my question… lol. I mean seriously the way they make something work is like magic anyways they’re great at what they do and they’re pretty great to have around so one of the put a shout out in five stars to all of them Lisa Amber Home Instead thank you from Amy Jager.

I call the office line finding myself hoping that one of you pick up the phone. You are so kind, you listen and you are understanding. Thanks for all that you do for me and for the company. You always made me feel like I should want to fill that shift. You had that charge it! Spirit! To get me going when I needed it 😊

“Greg at Synergy has been a breath of fresh air. After a long and tiring journey navigating health care bureaucracy,
Greg and Synergy have been so so helpful for my family. We felt like we were treated like neighbors. We called him in a limbo state, confused with how to get covered home health aid. Greg personally helped me figure out the right people to call, and now we have a ton of support for my mom.
He followed up regularly to check in on her as the administrative process unfolded, and was at the house within 24 hrs after she got home from the hospital.
Then the even more amazing patient care began where he worked with my family to determine the best course of action for my mom, which ended actually being to work with another agency that had a different schedule availability. Greg even helped us transfer the order to that other agency. My family was honestly bummed to not get to work with Greg and his team, because of how much we liked him. At the end of the day though, Greg made it clear his priority was to determine the best decision for the patient. It was one of those moments that gave us a little more faith in humanity, witnessing the integrity of someone with their heart in the right place.
