The quoting process left a bit to be desired (minimal information provided up front other than a cost estimate), but Kevin was great to work with to iron out the details with to make your vision come to life. They were very flexible and accommodating as we didn't know 100% what we wanted going in to the process, but they helped us come up with a solution that looks great. The crew was also very nice and respectful and did a great job. We noticed a few details we weren't very happy with before the final walk through but when the project leads came onsite, they noticed the same issues and had the crew fix it up before we even had to say anything. We would definitely recommend TopCut, and make sure to have a clear outline of what you want and they can make it happen.“
