Billy came to our house for the first service of our new contract with Fit Turf. He texted to let us know when he would arrive, and then he was prompt and very polite. Billy walked our entire yard with us, looking over everything. He listened while we pointed out our problem areas and he even noticed some things we forgot to tell him about! Billy personalized his service for us, going above and beyond, treating several different things, and giving us advice on how to maintain things until he comes back for our next treatment.
