The technician who came out to my house today was a young man named Trevon Brown; to help with our evergreen bushes & He was exceptional! He went out of his way to give me recommendations on how to better care for our trees and shrubs during this drought. The only technician yet who actually took time to talk with me and thoroughly inspect all of our trees and bushes. He was kind and respectful and I am very grateful for the good job that he did. I’ve used TruGreen for several years for my yard. I became concerned when an infestation of weeds threatened to take over a large part of my yard this year so I called and requested an addition weed treatment, but no one came. After 2 weeks I could see that the weeds were winning the battle in my lawn., so I contacted their service manager who immediately understood and gave me an appointment for the next day. The serviceman was here at 8 am. He was one of the most knowledgeable and professional agents I’ve worked with. He allowed me to escort him around my yard and hit every weed regardless of size. Any unanswered questions were due to the fact that no one in the family was at home during the time service. Our service representative was not considered in my survey. However, all of the servicemen at previous visits and the current have been fantastic.
