“Their service sucks! It’s a waste of money go with any other company but this one. They had this white guy come to my grandma’s house and he did the service. She paid in cash because she’s 80 years he took the cash and told the company she never paid for the service. Now she’s in collections because one of their employees wasn’t honest, taking advantage of old people!!!“

Jaime and his son loaded it into our pickup for us, and they took time to talk to us about the wood, to tell us about their work, and to show us some of the wood in the yard, including some beautiful elm logs perfect for making live-edge slabs. Jaime and his son were friendly, efficient, and totally professional. The wood we bought is exactly what we wanted, all hardwood, cut and split to just the right size for our fireplaces. We couldn't be more satisfied, and we look forward to doing business with them again.“

“Hector, Miguel and Luis, the technicians from The Natural Way, were prompt, courteous and really did a great job trimming a large Honey Locust and Pine in our yard. I was extremely happy with the way they carefully trimmed the tree, how quiet they were when doing it and how well they cleaned up after.
