“We selected Ross Tree to help with two 50' maple tree trimming/preservation as well as trimming some smaller trees on our lot. End-to-end, the group exceeded our expectations. From initial contact, to proposal, to questions/clarification and second trip to confirm proposal (thank you David!), to scheduling and the ultimate two teams who came to do the work, they were professional, courteous and communicative. Most of all, they clearly care for trees as much as we do. The two teams were amazing working together with a very strategic approach to complex work. The clean up was thorough, including my neighbor's yard. They also were able to dump a small pile of chips for me to use as mulch. Please see a few pics to show the size of our trees with the men up high in them to do a complete job (one is view from back tree looking at men in front tree - they are up high). Highly recommend.“

“Jhonny and his team were fantastic from start to finish. He was timely and responsive in planning the project with us, was very eager to turn our designs into reality and helped us to figure out which materials to use, and he and his team were meticulous when it came to carrying out the project. Over the course of 4 days (would have been 3 were it not for bad weather), they transformed our yard from a pit of dirt, weeds, and construction debris to the perfect relaxation and entertaining space: removed several inches of soil; laid down weed barrier, mulch, and sod; leveled–paver by paver–the new patio; put down gravel; and cleaned up. They left the area so clean that my wife and I had guests over the following day. Prices were reasonable and everyone was friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. “I hired Drew to do a sprinkler blowout. The night before however, I struck an underground sprinkler pipe. I let him know and he was able to fix the pipe, then do the blowout, no problem. Prices were reasonable, but it's more the customer service that won me over.“

From start to finish they were responsive to my questions and concerns, arrived on time and were super thoughtful as they prepared for the day's work (introducing themselves to me and my pups, explaining what they would be working on, when they would be taking their lunch break, etc.), and we're just all around good people. I had two trees that needed to be removed (one that was at least 25-30 ft right next to the neighbor's house and power lines) and another behemoth in the front yard that needed a serious haircut.
