“Ross Tree saved our tree! After having moved into our house 8 years ago, we have Ross Tree come out to handle a beetle issue. The infestation was bad, so it took a few visits. During this time, when asked if the tree was worth saving, Ross Tree said definitively yes. However, they added that the tree had not been properly cared for a few years, so it needed some help. Our initial thought was this was a sales tactic. After the beetle issue was handled, and we saw how professional they were about that, we decided to follow the maintenance plan to care for the tree. Boy are we glad we have. The tree is thriving, and providing lots of shade in the summer. I think the birds are happy we kept it alive, too.<br>The staff are so nice and professional to work with.
