Derreck does a fantastic job evaluating problems with our sprinkler system. His crew Jonathan and Daniel did a wonderful job replacing several of our sprinkler heads with valve check heads, and the new sprinkler heads took care of our hammer knock created with the old heads. Then had manifold with 3 valves replaced due to age of the system. They were on time, efficient and professional. Can send Jonathan and Daniel to our home anytime for sprinkler system repairs. Altitude Irrigation is my GO - TO company anytime I encounter a client who needs irrigation work done in the Front range. Derrick and his crew are great to work with and do a fantastic job. Do yourself a favor and skip the guess work. HIRE THEM.
I set up an appointment with this company with a reasonably detailed notes of some of the issues I was having.
They came out for the diagnosis and diagnosed that the things I said were wrong were in fact wrong however, since my sprinkler system is a bit weird (thanks previous owner diy job..) they refused to do any work on it.
While attempting to troubleshoot an issue with one of the zones they miswired the valves breaking a zone that was previously working
After all of this, they still decided to charge me $125 for telling me pretty much what I already knew.
Fair enough if they didn’t want to touch what seems to be a weird system, but...read full review
