Awful customer service. This company was highly recommended in a popular northwest denver mom group and has been awful. Ive scheduled twice and no one has showed up nor called to let me know they either weren’t coming. They say to allow for a 15 min window, great yet no one calls you or shows up. Then you call customer service and they tell you they will have the crew or manager call you yet they don’t and won’t call you back to let you know if they made contact with anyone. Beyond frustrating and they do not deserve your time, energy, schedule rearrangement to be home or money. Steer clear and find a better and more reputable company. Okay.. once again, can't say enough about Shorty's Landscaping. Not only was he able to fit me in to cut my lawn during a busy week, he also saved me hundreds of dollars from sending my (what I thought was broken) John Deere to Longmont for service. Happy to find out it was operator error! Can't recommend him and his services enough! Fair pricing, great work!

If you're looking for a professional, friendly, do-it-all yard maintenance company, this is it! Landscaping, mowing, sprinkler install/maintenance/repair, aeration, fertilization, snow removal...they seriously cover it all. Shorty and his team go the extra mile to make sure you get the best service at a reasonable price.
